| The Troy Haymakers defeated the Albany Athletics 5-2 at Bleecker Stadium on Tuesday. The Athletics started the scoring in the 1st inning when Matt Thorsen singled in Jared Russell. Troy answered with two runs in the bottom of the inning, with Christian Mikulski picking up an RBI double. Christian Tortorici drove in Marvin Hill to tie the score in the top of the 3rd, but the Haymakers picked up one in the bottom to retake the lead, 3-2. In the bottom of the 6th, Mikulski's double and a single from Aidan Heffner drove in two more Haymaker runs, putting them up 5-2 - which is how the game ended.
