| The Troy Hayamakers scored twice in the top of the 8th inning to take a 5-3 extra inning win over the Capital City Diamond Kings on Tuesday at Bleecker Stadium. Antonio Archina's 3-run double in the 3rd put Troy up 3-0. Cap City's Vince Venditti homered in the 4th to close the gap to 3-1, then the Kings bunched together hits in the 6th to tie the game 3-3. A run-scoring single by Donovan Rhodes and a double by Joe Skiff highlighted the Haymakers 2-run 8th. Geneo Savoca picked up the win in relief, while Cap's Mike Polsinelli, who struck out 10, got the loss.
