| Eric Mueller doubled home Scott Hladik to put the Albany Senators (9-4) on the board in the top of the first inning. The Thunder (3-10) tied the game in the bottom of the second on a solo home run over the center field wall by Diogene Polo. That was the only run given up by Senators starter Frankie Pizzo, who worked six innings while giving up 3 hits, striking out 4 and walking 4. For the Senators, Mueller finished the night 2/4, 2 doubles, RBI; Kyle Sacks 2/3, RBI; Andrew Wollner 2/3; Cullen Schlutow 1/2, 2B, RBI; and Fausto Franco 1/3, 2 RBI. Yefri Reyes was 2/4 for Thunder.
