Albany erupted for seven run in a fourth inning rally to notch a 10-7 win over Capital City and close the season with a 22-2 league record. Its the 12th year since 2008 that the A's have won at least 20 games in the league regular season and now head into the playoffs as the top seed.    Tonight, the Athletics' Nate Novak and Nick Hansen each slugged two-run homers to spark a seven-run fourth inning. Each finished with two hits. Cam Overbaugh also doubled, singled and drove in two runs to aid the offense. Lefthander Bryan Carr went 4 innings and gave up no earned runs and four hits while striking out three batters for the win.    For Capital City, Pat Henning doubled, singled and drove in two runs and Kyle Kristal singled three times and drove in two runs.
