Nationals overcome Brrowski's 2 HRs in 10-6 win
The Waterford Nationals overcame a 2 home run 4 RBI night by Cap Citys Joe Boroski to beat the division rivals 10-6 and snap a 2 game losing skid. Tyler Travis pitched 5 strong innings giving up a 2 run homer to CJ Sportman and a solo shot to Borowski leaving after 5 with a 10-3 lead. Connor Houle was tagged with a 2nd Boroski homer in the 7th inning with 2 men on. The Nationals were led by Ivan Plata 3/4 Brendan Krazinski 2/4 Jim Gaudet 2/4 and Jon Muller with a solo homer. |
