GAME SUMMARY
The Albany Senators took a one game lead in their playoff semi-final series against the Waterford Nationals at Kelts Field, behind the complete game performance of winning pitcher Caleb Gregg, who had a shutout going until 2 outs in the bottom of the 7th, and a great Senators defense.  The Senators scored one run each in the 3rd and 6th innings on an RBI single by Jon Hogg and an RBI double by Nick Melillo, respectively.  Third baseman and 2017 Twilight League batting champion Alex Chandler added insurance in the top of the 7th with a 2-run home run. The Nationals offense was led by Dom Herald, 2/3, double; and Dan Bergami, 2/2, who scored the Nationals only run on a throwing error in the bottom of the 7th.
