Thunder beat Nationals 7-6 Polo Gets win
The Albany Thunder beat the Waterford Nationals 7-6 in a sloppy game. D Polo staked the Thunder to a 2-0 lead with a long home run in the first off hard luck loser Ryan Cummings. The Nationals took the lead in the third but gave it back in the 5th inning commiting 3 errors good for 4 runs. The Nats closed the gap in the 6th inning with a pair of runs but could not tie the game leaving runners on 2nd and3rd. The Nationals loaded the bases in the 7th but could not push accross a run. |
